“This was my first time visiting the store after my flat-back helix earring fell out and I needed a replacement. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. Customer service was a bit hit or miss, but I interacted with all four staff members. One young lady truly went above and beyond helping me find the correct gauge and hoop size I was looking for, and the other two were very pleasant as well. The store itself is small and can feel a bit overwhelming when it gets crowded.”
