“Wow this place is huge and so hidden. I read about this place when it was going to open and haven't had a chance to try it until now. Did a great job of washing the car, so much so that I might forgo doing a detail which I was thinking about since my car will be 10 years old shortly. A bit hidden and entrance is in the back which is not intuitive. Fairly straight forward after that. So I will say that my front license plate got mangled and I lost my trailer hitch cap but that's happened before so I just need to put it away before I go through a car wash. Service was great, especially when I had to come back to get my cap which the searched for. Seating area is surprisingly sparse and the furniture is beat up - figured that they'd have a cafe, etc. but no such luck - in and out.”

Tinted the windshield of my vehicle here. The wait was okay, the waiting area was okay. When I got the car back, there was visible contamination and both fingers and creases that stuck around after it fully dried. The creases are right in the line of sight for the driver - really annoying.”

“Great communication and amazing service. I had a bucket of paint spill all through the trunk of my SUV and completely gave up trying to clean it myself. After two days, I contacted them, and they made it look better than before. I still can’t believe all the paint is completely gone.”
“I bought A new car that got some damage on transport. It was going to be repaired by the warranty company but I needed to use a company they chose. Maaco was very easy to get into to get an estimate from. They worked with the warranty company before so they knew where to send the paperwork to. Within a couple days I heard back on the approval and was able to set up a date to drop the car off. The drop off was easy. They quoted me a time frame. I called to see if it would be ready on time and they had some delays but worked it out super fast so that I could have my car back by the time the rental was due back. They did excellent work. You can't even tell I had body work done.”

From my first contact via phone to set up an appointment, to my first in-person interactions with the front desk personnel, to my introduction to my case manager, Mario - each person was polite, friendly, and professional. In particular, Mario was a fantastic representative for D&V, and an even better case manager. He kept me up to date on the process and progress every step of the way. When it made sense to do so, he sent me pictures to better explain what was happening. If my questions or concerns took more than a line or two in a text or email to explain, he picked up the phone right away and called me. I assume this level of service is provided by the other car managers as well. At the end of the day, however, it's all about the results. And the results exceeded my expectations. “I went on Saturday around noon for an estimate on an exhaust leak. I did have to wait a few minutes because he had to juggle several cars (and the owner of one that was in the way showed up and took delivery) to make room on a lift.
The great news was that it is just a gasket between two sections of pipe. Even though it was such a small job, he offered to take care of it right away if I wanted to go get the part! Instead, I decided to schedule time later to take care of some optional work rather than do such a small job and still need to come back later.
He seems very knowledgeable, works on many different brands of cars, and obviously is honest, recommending just a gasket instead of major pieces of the exhaust. I intend to keep going to him.”
