Sylvia is amazing and stayed after hours to help resolve an issue that was caused by the bank’s check machine miscounting a large deposit. The woman with the white hijab whose name I didn’t get needs to really work on her customer service. Whatever her name is, I don’t get paid overtime either, and it wasn’t my error, and I make big deposits regularly with no problems. I have clients with Parkinson’s - handwriting is not always perfect but I know that my accounting is because I quadruple check anything financial. So thank you Sylvia for helping to resolve!!

Called to discuss deposit into my IRA acct. Was put on hold so they could look up my info. Hung up after waiting over 25 minutes on hold.

I went yesterday 12/29/2021 to deposit 2 checks.We have been customers with them for 15 years, and I asked if I can use the restroom?You know what she said!!!!!Oh no customers can use the restroom, oh really? If it's not the customers money there wouldn't be a bbt, great customer service.

I would give it zero star if i was allowed. I called Faryal about 3 weeks ago to apply for a new credit card that i have trying to get for 4 years now. She "started the application" and told me she would call me back to finish it and never did. Then, Nadia called me to check what I needed. Then, i told her I needed to apply for a new credit card and she helped me through it. What I don't appreciate and I'm going to call corporate about Faryal and Nadia is that they both lied to me. Nadia told me my credit card was approved but actually I received a mail today saying i was denied. And Faryal never follow up with her clients and called her to check on my application yesterday and told me mails should take 7-10 days when it's been 2 weeks!! Come on get it together people this is ridiculous!!!

This has been my local branch for 15 years. Staff is super nice but the ATM is down a LOT so you can’t count on it. And really slim weekend hours. What’s the point? At this point i think i am giving up on the local branch concept and will just bank with Schwab or Fidelity.

It is Friday, plenty of things to do, went inside because I had rolled coins. Mercedes, my teller was quick and efficient and when I was turning to leave, she told me about the teller two windows over "It is her last day. "Is that he reason for cake on the table coming in?" They all said Yes. I went over to say a word to the departing teller. This is a friendly bank. I had a good feeling when I left.
