Worse experience ever! We are here to open a simple kids savings account and have some questions. Staff is not trained and kept searching on the website for answers. Might as well close out the branch.

Capital One used to be a great bank. They closed all the branches and now I found out since they purchased discover their debit cards no longer work and many international ATMs.
