Our appliances were delivered but could not be installed due to a missing stacking kit that was not sold to us at purchasing time. The third party delivery crew was not professional at all. I was under a tight timeline, and when I called to check in on my application, they were super kind and responsive. Even though my mail to them was delayed, they were able to process my application very quickly and sent me a physical copy of the FBI Record on security paper [some other companies on the list of FBI-approved companies only give an electronic copy]. I definitely recommend using them if you need an official FBI record or similar services!”
