We are so happy to be leaving this place!
-no one is EVER in the office. Office hours are NOT as posted. Good luck getting anyone on the phone.
-place is musty, smells very dirty, carpets and keypads are filthy
-they deliberately ignored our emails showing we had our own insurance, and then they had the gall to charge us for THEIR insurance. This has been a repeated problem for the past several years.
-rates go up continuously, with little warning, multiple times in a year
-I feel they did NOT honor the discount agreement with my company. They will lie about this and claim you are getting some sort of an online discount or make up reasons why you can’t use another discount. The reality is, everyone seems to pay basically the same high rate and they just pretend like everyone is getting a discount. I only learned this because my coworker and I started comparing rates, and were surprised to find we were paying the same despite only one of us supposedly having the discount applied.
The only good thing is the large parking bay that makes loading and unloading fairly easy. Does that make up for the sketchy, non-transparent “discounts” and scammy insurance charges? We didn’t think so.

Whenever I've had a question or concern, the people who assisted me were professional and very helpful. I recently changed units (needed a different size) and they made the entire process very easy. The facility is climate-controlled, clean and secure. I highly recommend these folks!

Attempted to charge me insurance when I had insurance! When I sent them the proof they asked for, they stated the fees were for other things! Beware, they charge for random things without itemized bills! I can’t wait to get my belongings out of this place!

This is a well lit, clean and safe facility for me to store my things. I feel comfortable accessing my unit anytime. Staff is very helpful! Very happy here.

Since multiple ownership changes, rent has skyrocketed-- more than 2x. I signed a fixed lease for under $90/mo. I am now in the 190s 3 yrs later. Constant add-ons like Insurance, despite proof of coverage via homeowners/renters policy. Extra Space ownership did not play these games. Facility cleanliness has also declined.

Nice facility, yes. Cost… buyers beware! Since 2019 this facility has raised its price every year to now 300% by 2024.
