“Verizon Customer service rep Jaden was great - very knowledgeable of all the products and services needed to get a great deal on a much needed new phone (previous one was 7 years old)! He was incredibly patient and resourceful in working some issues in getting my new phone in service and transferring all my files from the old phone. Really good customer care skills.
