“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.
I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.
Honestly, going into the store was easier than dealing with it online. Thumbs up across the board. Thank you, Sandra!”

“Yesterday I went to a couple of ATT stores. Nate was the manager, and Richard was the sales associate. Both were amazing. I do believe new computers would be great, as the handhelds had some issues paying. Richard, who sold me the phone, was more than courteous and helped answer every question.

“Well, that was my first time visit to their store. I was attended by Afnan Mahmood and he followed up from begining till my phone got fixed completely. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. And ofcourse will visit them to check out the phone accessories time to time.I will give 5 Star for both Service & Repair⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Ok, so I sent my wife to add a new line, they told my wife the cost for the SIM will be 10$ as it was posted by MetroPCS agent online .. but I went there to ask for an explanation for 2 differents charges, one for $10 and another for $25 and the guy working there FERNANDO TOLD ME, oh I don't know what's going on with those extra cost, but the manager is not here . So I can't help you with that. Really? Is that an answer? Then he said , the $25 amount you see there is not real. Oh! Not real? But you too that money from my wife as well!!! And there is no manager? What's going on??? 8 years with metro and never happened before...his final answer from Fernando was, YOU SHOULD DO EVERYTHING ONLINE AND DONT COME TO THE STORE.. OH WOW. AMAZING.. NOW IM CANCELLING MY 5 LINES..
