Scam alert. I was just quoted a 20% fee to cash a payroll check FROM M&T BANK! Tried to convince me to open an account, but why would I do that if this is how you treat customers? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Trying to deposit beeej here for 20 minutes!!! Cashier doesn’t know what to do and her lame excuse is Saturday is just her!! That’s no customers fault!! Take your business somewhere else!!!

I hate this bank. Opened an account online and they're forcing me to go into a branch to sort out their incompetence. Account has been open for over a month and my direct deposit didn't go through. Cannot link external accounts. Can only go in Saturday from 9am-12 as I work weekdays. Garbage bank
