“I went to this location in Ashburn today and had one of the best experinces ever in a Home Depot. I was greeted by two very pleasant employees at the cashier by the door (Omar and Jayne). They were super kind and asked me if I need any help. I asked them few questions about lumbar items and they called a lumbar expert for me immediately to ensure I am helped promptly and properly. The lumbar specialist was super amazing and as friendly and pleasant as Omar and Jayne. His name was Robert! Robert was truely a Lumbar department expert and helped me find the product that best suit my needs. He cut the product for me in a very seamless fashion. I have never had such an experince in a Home Depot before and I couldnt hold myself from leaving this review. The entire staff at this location must be amazing I am sure since the encounter with these three employees was such a high standard. Thank you for being so honest to your work and customers!”

“I rented an equipment today from the Home Depot Tool Rental in Ashburn, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Aran. Even though he was clearly short-staffed and handling multiple customers, he still took the time to work with me one-on-one and made sure I fully understood everything. Aran was extremely patient and thorough in explaining how to use the equipment, especially when it came to safety. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I was comfortable and confident before leaving. That level of attention and care is rare, especially when someone is busy. What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to help despite the workload. He stayed calm, answered all my questions clearly, and made himself available if I needed help later. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. Aran is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for customers. I would absolutely recommend renting from this location because of him.”

“We recently had Meadows Farms completely remove our old landscaping and install new shrubs, a tree, sod, and new edging stones. We could not be happier with the results! The entire project came out exactly as we envisioned, and the transformation to the front yard is incredible. A huge shout out to Carolyn, who did an amazing job designing the project and helping bring our vision to life. She was thoughtful, professional, and wonderful to work with throughout the process. The installation crew was also fantastic — they worked incredibly hard and completed the entire project in just one day. The attention to detail and efficiency were impressive. Everything looks beautiful, and we will absolutely be working with Meadows Farms again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“I used them to tune up and sharpen the blades of my tractor and push mower and they did a fantastic job. I also purchase bulk mulch from them regularly and like the quality of the product. Their rates and prices are very reasonable”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Justin at the Home Depot in Leesburg! He was absolutely amazing in helping us choose the perfect front door for our home. We came in multiple evenings while trying to work through different options, styles, and our budget, and Justin was incredibly patient with us every single time. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, walked us through our options, and worked with us to find a door we loved while staying within our budget. We never felt rushed or pressured, even though he spent a considerable amount of time helping us. Justin is an amazing young man—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping his customers. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and he deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. Home Depot is very fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you again, Justin, for making the entire process such a great experience!”

“Great help here, the staff keeps things neat and tidy and are willing to give a hand. Takes the stress way down. They usually have a better selection than other Home Depots.”

“Home Depots vary a lot by location. This is a very good one. I've been coming here for 9 years. They don't have as much selection as the local Lowes, which is the size of a small town. But this is rarely an issue. The staff here in Leesburg are friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will likely not rest until they find you someone who does know the answer. I also suggest using the Home Depot app. It's very helpful.”

“If deciding between Merrifield and Reston, pick this location. Better parking, friendlier and more helpful staff. Though, some of the products are weirdly priced. The largest (usually the cheapest) of the Brush Killer was notably higher prices than the 1 gallon option.”

“I love my brand-new Bosch refrigerator. I don't want to break policy but the woman in the appliance department wants you to make a purchase that fits your budget and a product you can rely on. She goes beyond the call of duty. The delivery people were great made sure that it would fit properly and explained everything I needed to do.”
