  We had a reservation for 8 AM on a Saturday. They called us three times on Friday to confirm the reservation. At 8 AM on Saturday I showed up and no truck was available. They said they could have a truck available for us at 1 PM. How are we supposed to plan for a move if your reservation doesn’t mean anything?

  Service was awful. The first guy helping me didn’t know what he was doing so he paged another guy. Then 15 minutes later the other guy shows up, picks up the paper work, and proceeds to walk outside without saying a single thing to me. It continued being bad device and I would never go though this location again!
