“The prescription management process at this Giant is way behind others I’ve seen. The rely on labeled bags in a drawer but sometimes on a table but sometimes behind the counter. It’s the same search each time. Without Kyle here the place would be total chaos.”

“Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but maybe it was just because it was my first time going to this CVS, but I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription and was greeted by the tech who was very friendly and personable through the whole transaction. There was a car in front of us and it took probably less than 5 minutes for them to be waited on. I saw no issues at all.”
