The staff there is very welcoming ing and helpful. They keep the equipment very clean and all in working order. Best variety of weight training equipment out of all gyms in the area. Also great powerlifting platforms and a good posing room. I would highly recommend training here for anyone who is serious about bodybuilding or powerlifting.

This gym is shady and gross. Apart from the uncleanliness (I'll get to that later), the gym is shady for only accepting cash with no receipt, and the woman at the front desk is rude and needs to understand she's working at a gym, not a bank. I came with my family and as I got out my credit card to pay, they informed me it was cash only. At this point, my wife and kids already stepped inside after getting permission since I was in the process of paying. I told the woman at the front desk I needed to get cash, but she freaked out at this point and literally ran after my wife and started shouting at her. She told my wife "your husband is not paying. You need to leave." I had already agreed to pay prior and yet this full grown woman is charging at my wife with two young kids because it was going to take me an extra minute to get the cash....like what does this woman think was going to happen?After paying the cash there was no receipt or anything. So scammy and shady. It almost looked like the gym employees were pocketing the cash themselves or even skimming some off the top as there was no record of anything being kept. Why not just accept credit card instead of telling everyone to use an ATM that was sitting just inside their gym?Oh, I also saw a few earwigs running around on the floor, so that was pretty disgusting. Those bugs live where it's all nice and moist but I'd expect a gym with concrete floors to NOT have that problem. Gross.

Awesome gym great staff. A little bit on the pricier side but I enjoyed myself nonetheless. Lots of equipment and space to work no matter what time of the day it is. Sad that I had to move away.

I would give it a 5 if 3 employees weren't just staring at people from the top floor while members are working out.

The gym/equipment are great. The only downside is there isn’t enough cardio equipment and the locker room is way to small for the amount of people that go there.

Honestly love this gym for what it is. A place for anyone who wants to lift without any of the extra amenities you probably won't use. I love the amount of equipment that they have here. Whether you're into bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, functional training, or just want to lift casually, there's a space here for you. From the amount of machines and dumbbells they have to the turf to the Olympic platforms, they've got it all. There's a posing room for anyone who is a competitor and wants to take photos with the perfect lighting. It's not super expensive but the price does go up every so often so get in sooner rather than later to lock in your cheaper price! The people who lift here are all kind and friendly people despite what you may think about their appearance. The shakes here are actually super delicious and I find myself ordering them here and there. If you want a more old school style gym where it's all about getting your workout done and working hard, then this is the place for you. There's a large parking lot but it shares its space with many other businesses so the lot can get pretty full.

I love this gym but I think this place is overpriced for what they offer. If you are really really really into weight lifting, this place is a great gym to join.

Absolutely the BEST F…… gym in the DMV !!! No exceptions!! Amazing, clean, plenty of parking, equipment and weights are all up to date and some old school equipment too!! ?? also a big plus not crowded ?? Jason you did a great job ?

Staff is always respectable and responsible. The gym is always immaculately maintained. If you like to lift and not have to wait for machine campers, this is the gym for you.
