The Shop Gym is widely considered one of the best gyms in the area, especially for those serious about bodybuilding or powerlifting. It features top of the line equipment, a great variety of weight training machines, powerlifting platforms, and a posing room. The staff is great, very welcoming and helpful, and they keep everything very clean. The space is large with lots of equipment. Some downsides include a persistent smell and poor ventilation, music that is far too loud, a lack of cardio equipment, and a locker room that is too small. It is also a little bit on the pricier side.
Still the best gym in Northern Virginia. Sure it could use a sauna, and the locker/storage situation isn't ideal, but it has enough machines and space that it's rare to have to wait.

Definitely one of the best gyms in the NOVA area! The equipment is incredibly impressive, is always being updated, and is well maintained. Staff and members are super friendly! Def an iron paradise!

One of the best gyms I have ever been to!! Has all the equipment needed! Open 24 hours, and very nice staff. Always such an amazing workout here!
