“My Name is Ms. Brown. 3 years ago I had a very bad experience with Goodwill in Fredericksburg, which is where I reside. I made a promise that I would never ever donate, and would ne er shop at another Goodwill again. Here i am 3 years later, my friend and I were in Ashland Va and she saw the Goodwill located at 10485 Dow Gill & Rte 1. Knowing that I don't shop at Goodwill, she insisted that I come in with her. Well, I did, and I must say upon entering the gentleman by the name of Michael, greeted us with a warm and professional smile. As i began to scan the store I was, I was really really impressed of how neat , clean, and organized the store is. The employees were very friendly and when I asked questions they were very informative. So I left with a happy and content feeling. So I returned on Minday and again the employees were friendly and I got a chance to meet Ron who was also very helpful showing me how to use the QR code. So, i have the privilege and the honor to shop at Goodwill. Hopefully the other stores that i plan on visiting give me this same experience. Thank you Michael, Ron, and all the you g ladies that assisted me. You all have a safe and Blessed day. ?????”
“The facility is great, but for those of us who use the pools, they are frequently closed or limited by the number of available lifeguards. It’s a huge problem and it needs to be resolved.”
“This is a very large Goodwill store. More clothing then household and furniture items. Where you can drop off donations is pretty convenient. The parking lot seemed pretty cramped.”
“For a goodwill this pne is decent. Just like the rest of them the prices are insane. After covid theu all went up though. The men's clothes are always very nicely organized.”

“I have been larding my cd collection recently with several trips to Goodwill. Plenty of items will not be to your taste. How many Xmas cds do you need? But I have lots of classical gems that cost me -$1 each. I wish more jazz and rock were there, but there were only a few. I got some Sara McLaughlin and some Enya. So that was nice. Go and see what you can score.”

Was a member of WellcomeMD but the place was awful. No follow through with providers, staff left all the time, billing was a nightmare, the worst medical practice I've ever seen. lawsuis all the time I heard, scary place!”

“This place saved my life and gave me a place that was so comfortable when I was in a crisis. Very professional mental health help on campus, weekly food bank open, generous staff that are very kind, big house, playground, safe place, and near the bus line, what more could you want. Highly recommend for people who don't know where else to go.”
