I dropped off a rifle to have it stripped and Cerakoted. I had stopped by on several occasions to check on it, and the staff was considerably rude and gave excuses for not working on it. Finally, after 8 months, I retrieved it, unfinished, and had to take it to another shop in Mechanicsville for completion.
