“Love going to bass pro everyone is very helpful except, customer service has the worst person possible working the counter her name is Laura and she's about as friendly as a pitbull, I told her she needed to smile and she told me she doesn't smile at work , she's definitely the wrong person for customer service just saying, very large woman you can't miss her and I definitely hope i never have to deal with her again, everyone else is super happy and helpful, love bass pro just not customer service !!!!!!!!”
