“Very friendly staff, they performed maintenance on an old train of mine. Lots of good trains and accessories. The store has a lot of inventory but can feel a little cramped but that's not a bad thing. The store is located next to railroad tracks with trains frequently passing by, definitely a nice store.”
“Visiting Richmond and decided to check this place out. The workers were so helpful on finding me what I needed. I was looking for a part to take off my wheels. All they had left was a package with multiple tools to take off tires. I said I'll pass, that I only needed one. He walked away and came back with his own tool I was looking for and gave it to me. Can't wait to visit again when I'm back in Richmond. Best hospitality ever!”
“I took the date night class with Kevin as our instructor and it was so much fun, I got to use a lathe for the first time and learned so much. It gave me the confidence to take the Fundamentals of woodworking class, Brian was our instructor. The class was 2 days and we made beautiful tables. They give you options to upgrade your wood selection so it’s nice being able to choose a wood that matches my home furniture. Brian was a really great teacher, his passion for woodworking really makes the class enjoyable. We got to walk out to the floor and choose our rough cut lumber. We used the table saw, miter saw, planer, jointer, router table and drum sander. We used mortise and tenon joinery, something I’ve always wanted to learn how to do. My main goal was to learn how to safely use the saws I have at home and now I feel I can accomplish any project on my own. There were other classmates that had zero experience with woodworking and Brian did a really good job of bringing them up to speed, without it being boring for folks who knew what he was talking about. He takes the time to answer any and all questions through the whole process. Highly recommend Woodcraft for classes and materials, I’m already signed up for a 3rd class!”
“So many options for crafts! It's Christmas time and there were lots of Christmas ornaments, and a few Hannuka ones as well! There is self checkout and full service.”
“Helpful lady on the floor helped me find what I was looking for, wish I remembered her name. I'll probably go out of my way to go here if I need similar items in the future.”

“Five Below has great deals and a fun variety of products, from gadgets to snacks to home essentials. ? The prices are unbeatable, especially for the quality of some items. However, the store can get a bit disorganized during busy hours, and checkout lines tend to be long. Overall, still a solid place to shop for budget-friendly items.”
“I have been a regular customer for a long time, this location is always well-stocked, clean and organized. I love that a coupon is almost always available for regular priced items, there are regular sales and a large selection of clearance items. The Rewards Program is awesome and there is also a credit card available; these programs allow me to continue to invest in Arts & Crafts projects and experiment with new products.
Moreover, their system is up to date and Customer Service is outstanding.
Dawn is an outstanding manager. She really ensures customers have a positive experience and want to return. I have been at the register and seen her handle multiple problems at once. Even more, she is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. When an unusual situation arises, she is able to walk other associates through to a resolution. I am grateful for people like Dawn that take time to train & help their fellow co-workers and ensure the customer is happy. Even in stressful situations she is calm and polite!
Lastly, if you need inspiration, this is the place to go! There are always new displays & seasonal products available.”

“Great store, clean and well maintained! First time in one and picked up a starter set and had a few questions that the rep there was able to help with and offer some ideas and such to get started. The only complaint I have is as people have mentioned, the hours. When we went we got there around 2ish, closer to 3pm and the staff there said they close for lunch so we had to go. I dont mind that, you gotta eat and whatever but I do think thats what the problem is, if we'd gotten there 10 minutes later they were closed and I wouldnt know why.
Again, not complaining about the fact employees need to eat, I do too, i just feel if they had an extra staff there to let them swap breaks and keep the store running itd clear up a lot of the confusion people have with the hours, bc I will say it is kinda a pain to know when they're open, the guy there took lunch around 3, but maybe another at 12 before they come in so they open late, maybe they get lunch closer to dinner so they close at 4, its hard to say. If it wasn't for that itd be a 5 star and again, not on the people there, just think they need some more staff, OR post that they close at a certain time for lunch so people don't show up and need to rush or no one is there at all. Will definitely go again, but will try to call and ask when they're on lunch that day so I dont go at the wrong time.”
“The only people I trust with anything for my MTG needs. I am so happy to have found them and so thankful for they taught as I was learning to play. I've had some of my best pre-releases here. I love the staff, I love the cards, I love this place!”
