Michaels offers everything to create anything. The Glen Allen branch is larger than the nearest store and is well stocked. Staff are helpful and courteous, and many customers say the store has a great sale. The shop has a wide range of craft supplies: art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting & crochet supplies, frames, floral, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, Cricuts, craft machines, and more. Holiday decorations, party supplies, and semi precious stones for jewelry are also available. The store is clean and well stocked. Customers enjoy the flow of colors in flower arrangements and the self‑checkout option. It is considered the best Michaels in Richmond, with special sales sometimes not found elsewhere. Place isn't awful other than their anti LGBT agenda.
Helpful lady on the floor helped me find what I was looking for, wish I remembered her name. I'll probably go out of my way to go here if I need similar items in the future.
