“Overall this is another great Bass Pro Shops location. I travel around the country so definitely easy to park at them overnight when possible. Was in the area for Kings Dominion so stayed for a couple of nights. Parking lot was HUMONGOUS and level so definitely RV friendly. Also the location is two levels so more than enough stuff to browse while you're there. Bought a couple of things for my camper van while there since I always try to support the business too when I stay. Would highly recommend!”

“We were on the market for a Suntracker Party Barge, and had already worked with two other locations on the matter: Henrico sold the boat after we had been interested (which is fine but never notified us the boat was sold). We had almost drove there the day of from an hour away. Hampton had the boat for which we put a deposit down same day and we drive two hours only to come to find out we could not take the boat the same day-even after offering to pay in cash. (Absurd, we learned later they could have expedited the boat final inspection, and let us leave with temporary tags). We luckily were able to get the boat transferred to Ashland where the customer service was 1000x better. We worked with Lacy and she went above and beyond to work with us (living in MD and wanting to buy and title/register in VA). She made special arrangements so I could sign paperwork at a location up in MD. She also worked hard to ensure we met the deadlines to get a gift card offer, and extended motor warranty. If you are looking to buy a boat with bass in the central VA area GO WITH ASHLAND.”
