Me and my fiance come here about twice a week. I find tons of nice clothes that I can't find anywhere else. I highly recommend this Goodwill.”

“My Name is Ms. Brown. 3 years ago I had a very bad experience with Goodwill in Fredericksburg, which is where I reside. I made a promise that I would never ever donate, and would ne er shop at another Goodwill again. Here i am 3 years later, my friend and I were in Ashland Va and she saw the Goodwill located at 10485 Dow Gill & Rte 1. Knowing that I don't shop at Goodwill, she insisted that I come in with her. Well, I did, and I must say upon entering the gentleman by the name of Michael, greeted us with a warm and professional smile. As i began to scan the store I was, I was really really impressed of how neat , clean, and organized the store is. The employees were very friendly and when I asked questions they were very informative. So I left with a happy and content feeling. So I returned on Minday and again the employees were friendly and I got a chance to meet Ron who was also very helpful showing me how to use the QR code. So, i have the privilege and the honor to shop at Goodwill. Hopefully the other stores that i plan on visiting give me this same experience.
