I had a very important piece of mail get lost. Anna the supervisor helped and stayed in contact until my mail was delivered. 10/10 service!
December 2025
I had two packages delivered by my postal worker in all this snow. She got stuck in the cul de sac and my husband and neighbor had to push her out. I hope she got home safe. To the dispatcher as bad as it was the mail could have been delivered the next day. My drivers are excellent. Not always an easy job.
July 2025
In the last 3 months they left 2 packages for others in my house and left one of mine in another place. Something has to be done.
