“I had a small incident where my bumper was left unscathed but my scratch guard was ruined. I took my car to a number of places in Virginia and they all said they needed to replace my bumper to be able to replace with a new scratch guard, which resulted in a quoted price of ~$3,500.

I took my car to Jack and he said he could give the existing bumper some love and care while fully replacing the scratch guard.

He did exactly that, and it looks brand new and quoted me for less than 1K.

Jack is a man of the people and should be your first call when you have an auto body job to be done.”

“I had the most positive buying experience earlier today. First, Marta, who helped me find the Saab windshield wipers they had in stock, actually came outside to my car and assessed that the wipers would work. Then she recruited Inmer, her colleague, to assist in removing the old, decrepit wipers and replacing with the Advance Auto ones I purchased. The two of them even waited as I started the car and made sure the new wipers worked! They both went beyond the usual duty of salesforce personnel to be sure I was satisfied and happy and that the product they sold me indeed fit and worked properly in my car. If only all sales people were as accommodating as they were. Definitely I will give my future auto-needs business to Marta and Inmer who work at the Bailey’s Crossroads Advance Auto Parts store in Virginia. Thank you both so very much!! “Called all over Northern Virginia to find AC parts for my Ford, every dealer either didn’t have it or was overcharging. Finally one of them recommended I go here. I talked to Dean, he confirmed the parts were in stock by putting eyeballs on them and informed me that they were large so I needed a big vehicle to pick them up. Also, the kicker is the parts were $300 cheaper than the dealers.”
