“My husband has a 2000 Chevy Silverado that mostly sits until it’s time for state safety and emissions tests. This year the state inspection found the rear breaks had rusted over and didn’t work properly. The mechanic said I needed new rotors, pads and to make sure the guide pens weren’t seized up.I called Zack, and told him about my issue, and he was able to take the truck right away. When I asked about the price his quote based on the work was about the same as the other mechanic at the inspection shop. But Zack clarified that he’d let me know what needed to be done, and would only fix what needed it. He said the trucks have a tendency to have emergency brackets issues and it was likely not going to require new rotors and brake pads.He was right! The work was less than I’d anticipated and so was the price. Building trustworthy relationships with vendors is so important these days. And it’s a relief not to have to worry about someone over charging you for work that’s not really needed. I’ll be using this shop again.”

“I've used Passport Nissan Service and Parts across multiple Nissans and I'm a happy customer so far. Service advisors here never push unnecessary repairs and services. This isn't just for me but other customers as well. I know this because you can listen to the service advisors talking to other customers in the waiting lounge and it's the same. They'll honestly tell you what needs to be done immediately vs. what can be held off for later. Obviously, they're expensive because it's a dealership but they don't make up lies to scare you into doing repairs like some other shops a few doors down, W**G*L ---cough cough---.
