They close the doors when they want. Closes at 9 however they closed early around 7pm. After calling the store the woman working said “if the doors are locked were obviously closed” no customer service what so ever. Do not come here the doors will be locked

Store closed an hour earlier than posted hours and as I was trying to enter the locked doors I was laughed at and thrown arm “x’s” indicating that they had closed. Was just trying to make a simple return and it’s clear they had just locked the doors. Will make my return as soon as can and won’t be coming back to this store.

07/26/2025-Shopping with my family today! Purchased school uniforms, other clothing to include matching Tee shirts and more! Clerks greeted us warm and friendly! Great bonus sells. Additional 30 % off sale prices! Love it! Has fun today! We will come back.

The old navy has rude staff. I went to make an exchange (it was past the 30 day mark BUT I had a receipt and unused, still tagged item) the woman refused to do an exchange or give a merchandise credit to exchange for the same exact item in a larger size. Called customer service and they reported the store has the discretion to decided if they will provide the merchandise credit. She was just rude and unhelpful. Also called the exchange dishonest as if I had stolen the items. Terrible customer service. I called the Potomac location and they reported they would help me out. Don’t waste your time with this location. Go to Potomac.

Their stores phone number says they close at 9, Google says the hours are until 8pm on Thursdays but employees were marching around at 6:50 announcing that they close at 7pm and Google is wrong. There are no posted hours on their doors either. A frustrating waste of my time.

I had an amazing experience at Old Navy thanks to the exceptional service provided by the store manager. They went above and beyond to assist us,and especially many thanks to the manager of the store name is ( ELLIS) for creating such a positive atmosphere in the store. He was awesome niceand very helpful he gave us me and my sister such a good service with passion,I highly recommend Old Navy, thanks to their outstanding team!”
