Our sitter, Jeff, was courteous and seemed confident in his ability to handle our sometimes obstreperous 95 lbs German Shepherd. “The food selection is amazing! Raw, single ingredient products that I feel safe buying. Supplements for everything under the sun for dogs and cats! Water fountains, beautifully designed cat scratcher beds and trees. They make the best use of their space. I go here regularly to purchase wonderful treats and meals for my cats and when I bring them in their backpacks they always get lots of love from the employees.”

“We trained our 1.5 year old pup, Toulouse, via one on one lessons for formal on leash obedience and later off leash training course. His trainer, Saul, was amazing and taught us how to communicate with our pup in a fair and effective manner.When we first brought Toulouse to OTSFD, he had some impulsive tendencies and a strong desire to say hi and play with every dog he encountered. His reactive behavior made it challenging to enjoy walks or take him to public places. Saul was very knowledgeable and tailored a combination of the four quadrants of operant conditioning to modify Toulouse’s behavior. The transformation we have witnessed is truly remarkable. I can now confidently take Toulouse everywhere, knowing that he will be a well-behaved and obedient companion.”

The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Whether you are encouraging birds or discouraging squirrels or the opposite, they've got a product for you.”
