“Everything about the experience was great except my Benz has light interior and very clean. The Mechanic liledt black hand prints under the roof on cloth interior which has never been stained before. Made me very upset. By the time I saw it they were closed.”
“Passing through the area from New Jersey had tire trouble the crew there found a slow leak in one of my tires that I have had looked at multiple times besides that I actually pulled off and said that was the best experience I've had at a tire shop. That surprised me because you normally don't pull away from a tire shop thinking how great of an experience it was you just go and get a tire fixed but it was friendly service. Had a Hometown shop atmosphere. The service was speedy and Professional.”

Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. “The Fairfax Auto Repair staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful, from Rebecca scheduling the service to Steve and Fernando explaining and fixing the check engine light problem that had been troubling my Lincoln MKC for a year that even Lincoln and another car service couldn't fix. They diagnosed and fixed my engine misfire problem by performing a camshaft and crankshaft relearn; and my car has been running smoothly ever since, and no more check engine light turning on.
