“I visited the Bailey’s Crossroads location of Mr. Tire to purchase four tires for my 2019 Toyota Camry. The manager, Theiska Alvarez Torez, walked me through the various tires and the cost. She recommended the alignment be checked and found my car was out of alignment. I was very satisfied with the service and price and would recommend this location if you’re in the market for tires.”

“This is the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. It’s family-owned, and their service is always outstanding. They’re honest and transparent about any issues with your vehicle, and their prices are very fair. I’ve gotten four new tires here and always have my car serviced with them. This is the only shop I trust, and I recommend it to everyone”

“I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs Auto work. I had a catalytic converter that they put in that didn’t work. They ordered a new one. Put it in. No cost to me. Plus they will send a LYFT to pick you up. Take you home and pick you back up when the car is finished!! Great customer service all around. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”

“Fairfax Auto Repair has exceeded my expectations. I had to drive out of state for a family emergency, and I was concerned about a timing belt that was cracked but still functional. I called Fairfax Auto the day before I had to leave to replace the belt so that I wouldn't be stuck on the highway if it broke. Fairfax Auto ordered the belt that morning and called me when it arrived. They replaced the belt while I waited, and I was able to drive 500 miles in a day without worrying about my car. I will only use Fairfax Auto Repair for my car repairs. I trust them completely. They do great work and are reasonably priced. They are close to where I live. Great place and great work.”

“Jim’s Automotive is seriously a gem. Nate and Richard always go above and beyond to explain car repairs in detail. They never upsell and prices are reasonable. As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, I know I can trust Jim’s to recommend only what’s necessary. Shoutout to the other mechanics too. So happy I found this shop!”

“The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.”

963 Selim Rd, Silver Spring MD 20910

“I’ve been bringing my cars to Auto America for more than a decade. I’m in Cleveland Park and there are certainly closer mechanics, but there’s no one in the area I trust as much as these guys. They’re extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and when they identify an issue, they are totally transparent and honest about whether and when it actually needs addressing. Prices are fair and reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

340 Mill St NE A, Vienna VA 22180
“I went to several auto shops after I failed my emissions and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. I will always take my vehicle here from now on and I am so grateful to have found a mechanic who I can trust and talks straight. Thank you! ❤️”

“I’ve used Samsung Auto a bunch of times for inspections and they’ve always been straight with me. I came in because another place said I needed rear brake pads, and Samsung checked it out and told me I didn’t need them - rear drums/shoes were still good and the front brakes were healthy too. Really appreciate a shop that doesn’t try to sell you work you don’t need. Honest people, fair, and I’ll keep coming back.”

1 Kennedy St NW, Washington DC 20011
“I recently encountered a significant issue with a rounded lug nut on my vehicle's wheel, which prevented me from removing it safely. Prior to visiting, I called the shop on a Saturday before their opening time to confirm availability. At the precise moment the shop opened, Eddie returned my call, acknowledging that they had missed it earlier. I was deeply impressed by his proactive follow-up upon opening. In need of immediate assistance, I visited Nzuimanto Tires. The problem proved challenging, yet Eddie, a skilled technician at the shop, resolved it efficiently and professionally. Remarkably, he performed the repair at no charge. This exemplary service, from the courteous phone handling to the complimentary resolution, reflects the shop's commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity. I highly recommend Nzuimanto Tires for their expertise, responsiveness, and generosity.”

5520 Franconia Rd, Alexandria VA 22310
“I truly appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of the staff who inspected my vehicle. It was my first time at this shop, and it definitely did not disappoint. I was sent clear pictures of the issues they identified, which really helped me understand what needed attention. Special thanks to Marvin, the manager, for running such a trustworthy and professional team. What upset me, though, was realizing that the inspector at my previous car shop clearly didn’t do their job properly—there’s no way the part in question could have deteriorated to this state in just a year. I’m grateful this shop caught it before things got worse.”
