“My interaction with Mr. Tire started out with the Picket Avenue location with Fida. I had just gotten my car serviced with Honda and had a nail in my tire. Finally checked my tire and I indeed needed a new tire which he didn't have in stock. He sent me to the Fall Church location with The island who was wonderful with her customer service. One thing about me is I adore great customer service especially when I have to spend some money lol. Thanks Fida and Thieska”

“Woke up and my tire pressure light was on. Called NTSB and took my car in. Got there a bit after 10am on a Sunday. I think I was the first customer. They took my info, checked my car and took it into the service bay. Small screw in the tire and a slow leak. Fixed. I was out within 45 minutes. Staff was great by the way. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful—specifically Nate and Nigel! As a young woman, I am always worried about being taken advantage of and overcharged at car service shops but they were incredibly empathetic and didn’t try to oversell me anything!”
“I went to several auto shops after I failed my emissions and they all wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I put it off for years because I didn’t think I could afford it and kept getting the run around from bad shop owners. Tony, the owner explained a critter had gotten into my hood and chewed some wires and only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the repairs. He is the first honest repairmen I have found since I moved back to this area. Because of his honesty, I was able to afford some more work. This visit was for an oil change, and once again, the staff delivered top-tier service from the moment I arrived. The team was professional, welcoming, efficient, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth, stress-free, and quick without ever making me feel rushed.
What truly stands out about this location is the consistency. It’s rare to receive excellent service more than once these days, but the staff at NTB continues to go above and beyond every time I visit. They kept me informed, answered my questions with patience and professionalism, and ensured my vehicle was taken care of properly.
I especially appreciated how respectful and accommodating everyone was during my visit. Their attention to customer satisfaction and genuine care for their customers does not go unnoticed.
Overall, another 5-star experience. Reliable service, great communication, and an amazing team. I highly recommend this NTB location to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive care and exceptional customer service!
Keenan provided an excellent experience from start to finish. His customer service was outstanding—very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He quickly assessed my tire issue and took care of plugging it without any hassle.
What really stood out was how efficient he was. I barely spent two minutes at the information desk before he verified my details and got straight to work—no wait time at all.
I was also on an important work call during my visit, and Keenan was incredibly patient and respectful of that, which I truly appreciated.

“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”
