“The best Dojang around! The instructors are amazing. My son just got his black belt and the support they have given us and the community are beyond words. Thank you very much.”

“Anytime Fitness is a great place to have a membership. Tyler Kline was so professional in helping me out with my problem. You see I cancelled my membership and long story short they still charged me a month later. I told her about it and she researched the problem and refunded me my membership fee. I recommend this gym. Join it, you won't be sorry. Excellent customer service.”

“So I've been going to gyms since the seventies, before it was cool. From a concrete block building in northern New England (where they give you the key and you go there when you want), To the "Wegmans of Gyms" .... Lifetime Fitness - (Which has everything you could possibly want and more). This gym is somewhere in between. If you want a swimming pool, sauna, an abundance of cardio classes and a guy offering you free towels, this is not the place for you.But if you want a place that has a decent amount of free weights, plus an impressive assortment of machines including cardio.... And at a very reasonable price -- this may be the place. It's the place for me.The Old Town Athletic Campus (including this gym) is a well managed and well run complex. The gym has a trainer on site, a friendly and knowledgeable staff and a friendly clientele.I've been in gyms where half of the guys were on the border of roid rage (in the days before roids were outlawed) - in USMC gyms where everybody had their warface on (although i did too) - and in other gyms where everybody is dressed in spandex and are more concerned with looking good than working out. This gym is a mix. There are no kidding power lifters and body builders, but there is also room for, and no judgment against, a guy that's past his prime and is just trying to regain some of his youth (I may or may not be describing myself), as well as those who have never lifted before but would like to start.A pretty welcoming atmosphere. They have a broad and thoughtful assortment of equipment and machines. They’re not all brand new like some high end gyms, but I don't need to drive a brand new car to feel good about myself; and it's the same with gym equipment:I just need it to function well and get me where I'm going.OTAC Has the staff, equipment, friendly hours , and everything else you need to get you where you're goingExcept the motivation, You've gotta bring that yourselfI gave it 5 stars not because it is "The best of all possible gyms", But because, for what it is, it's pretty much the best it can be.”

“Matt Finerty, owner and personal trainer is astounding. Careful, with 30+ years of experience. I’ve trained with Matt for many years, with ins and outs of my personal health. I have never felt better than I do right now. I live on my feet, and cannot recommend anyone more highly.”
