“The best place to learn self defense and make new friends. I love this place dearly and have developed so much confidence since joining. They are the most inclusive martial arts gym in this area. They teach women using the 500 Rising curriculum which is the best in the country. I recommend if you're curious to do a trial class or a first Friday.”
