Propane near Bealeton, VA

“This company gets a lot of hate and some of it is deserved. But I had a great experience with this office in particular that I’d like to share.

With the recent storm and cold weather, my house burned through our propane pretty quick. By the time I was able to dig out the filling receptacle? We were down to 5%. I called the customer service line and the (clearly outsourced) reps were happy to set me up with a delivery. Problem was the delivery was going to be 10-14 days later, which was well beyond the what 5% of my tank would last. The customer service reps were unable to help me expedite the delivery as all they do is take orders and field very basic requests.

So, I went up to this office in person and spoke to the manager (whose name I regrettably cannot remember). He was incredibly helpful. While he acknowledged that he couldnt fix the issue himself as this office deals with small tank fills; he quickly contacted the manager of the Warrenton officr who handles residential delivery. We explained my situation and they were able to add me to that days delivery schedule.

Four hours after speaking to the manager of this location, an Amerigas truck showed up at my home and filled my tank.

Thank you for the help on this. My family and I greatly appreciate it given the additional winter weather coming up.”

“I'm glad I found this place, & it's close to my home. I mainly stopped in for the non ethanol fuel for one of my classic vehicles, & also for my outdoor power equipment, & one of my older gasoline tractors. It was about 3 weeks ago; I paid at the pump the inside of the store was clean, & the person at the counter was very polite, & the parking lot was clean as well. I hope this BP in the future starts selling 93 premium ethanol free gasoline as well so I don't have to go out to Warrenton BP to purchase. Thank You Trenis fuel for selling this product, & I'll be stopping by again soon.”
