Slide the tandem and go around the building just like showing in the picture. They have a portable dock.. quick unloading outside. Trailer got wet inside because it was raining and forklift in and out. I think you can park overnight at the gravel road before you get to the gate.

Unload 0400 to 1200. Easy in and out for dry van, have tandems pulled up as far as you can, tight but easy if you use your space wisely. Quick unload.

If you're pulling a 53 footer, dont drive in through the gate. You'll have a helluva time getting around the building. Bang a left before the gate, there's room to turn around back there. That'll set you up to back into compound, or the portable docks in front of gate. Long load/unload nice folk.
