“This place is amazing best food prices around if you want a sub or a big breakfast or anything everyone here is super nice picture included is the hearty breakfast comes with 4 peices of butter toast scrambled eggs with cheese 2 large peices of hashbrowns and choice of meat I picked bacon they put in salt pepper ketchup and utensils without even asking amazing deal! Also try the partlow sub sandwich !”

“This place has changed so much in the last year! They have a wonderful new deck and gazebo for relaxing and enjoying their delicious homemade meals! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are all served there and every one of them is delicious. They even have ice cream and homemade cobbler to finish everything off! The chicken is the best and we have seen many folks coming just for the chicken, but there is so much more! They even have salads! The salads are great when you want something light, but there is even more! The home cooked meals are often in the warmer and ready to go. Their stuffed pepper meal is great! They have wonderful breakfast bowls ready to go and all kinds of breakfast sandwiches ready! Their greens are the best I have ever had, but the only problem is they don't serve the greens every day! Their hearty chili is hard to beat. Ask them for something special, and they fix it with a smile! They really care too! They often ask if everything is ok, and ask for your input on how they are doing! They have also really invested their hard earned dollar back into the appearance of this place and it is just wonderful! One of the best parts about going there is Terry! She can make your day with her hilarious greetings and wonderful sense of humor. She gives the place a very positive and down home feel! You couldn't ask for more in a little country store, and if you close your eyes, you might even think you are back in Mayberry!”

“Annual vaccines time again (Oct, 2023) -- and my husband and I wanted to get 3 vaccines: a flu shot, updated Pfizer COVID shot, and RSV. We booked our appointments on line, and we were again directed to this CVS in Montpelier. That's a pain because this location is about 30 minutes from us on country roads (38 yesterday with road work), but the CVS that is closer to us (20 minutes) only carries the Moderna COVID vaccine and doesn't have the flu shot formulated for those 65+. Upon arrival, we spoke to the very friendly and helpful pharmacist, and she recommended getting only two vaccines on one day as we might be sore at the injection sites so we'll wait two weeks to get the RSV vaccines. The pharmacy tech who administered the shots was also friendly and competent. As instructed, we stayed in the store for 15 minutes "just in case we experience adverse reactions" to the vaccines. This gave us time to pick up some well-priced Halloween candy, and to have a nice chat with the worker in front. There's plentiful and free parking. The location was also close to a few restaurants and a grocery store so we knocked off a few more things from our "to do" list.”

“Stopped was in a bit of rush. Had an appointment. The cook too my order right away fixed two of the best hotdogs on a bun. Iv hat hotdogs before and let me tell you. They were the best. Better than going to the ball game dogs. The man gave me the bag. The lady at the register got me a tea and a bag of chips. I pulled out 12 ones thinks it be that much. But to my surprise 9 dollars and for cents and they lady pulled four cents for me. Thanks a bunch. Will be back.”
