We had picked a discontinued backsplash months before it was discontinued, and when we needed to purchase the tile, it was completely sold out in most stores. We were in a horrible bind so here comes DALE A SUPER PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT MANAGER AND PROBLEM SOLVER FOR THE NITEMARE WE WERE GONNA GO THRU having to start OVER in mid construction finding another tile backsplash. He drove HOURS on his OWN TIME, to obtain what was left at another LOWE'S in Harrisburg. (Which was also a wonderful store to save what we needed). He SAVED THE KITCHEN REMODEL!! OUR SUPER HERO DALE!! He needs to be RECOGNIZED BY CORPORATE AND REWARDED FOR ACHIEVING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVER IN THE WORLD! THANK YOU DALE!! YOU ARE AN ASSET TO YOUR EMPLOYER!!
