“I used this location for UPS package pick-up last week. The 1st CVS in Bedford on Longview had a sign posted they were not doing Access Point pick-up, so I had to drive to this one, and I was tight on time. The UPS van pulled up as I walked in the door.
After a short wait, Jacob, Cashier, helped me out to get to right place. The UPS driver, John, was very kind and told me to take my time.
I appreciated their help - too many places have staff that don’t care (maybe because their employer doesn’t care for them?).
Yesterday, dealt with Pharmacy staff, and the woman who helped me was kind, friendly, professional.
