They cured that with their professionalism.”
“As a patient with 20+ medications, some which shift doses, and some that are time sensitive, this pharmacy has always been very quick and accurate to help. They’re also very good with navigating insurance issues, understanding the primary and secondary insurance protocols and generally they are upfront about what they can and cannot fill. It’s lovely to have a local pharmacy to fill normal medications without having to rely on the mail. The app also makes it convenient to refill medications.”

I walked up a few minutes before closing time and a guy was closing the gate around the pharmacy and he said they will be back in 30 minutes. I was disappointed but Jordan was there and said he could help me quickly. Thank you, Jordan! Great costumer care.”
“I just watched a young man not only help an older, very frail gentleman check out and bag his groceries, but by the time I was leaving, he walked him across the parking lot to his car to help him load them. This gentleman was stepping two inches per time. It brought tears to my eyes. 10/10 kudos to the employee”

“This little pharmacy in Forest, is the best pharmacy that I've ever used. The prices can be lower than Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens. Customer Service is excellent. You are always reminded of refills and when they are ready, there are no waits for anything that might be out of stock, and if you need to change a refill a few days early because of a vacation or business trip they are very accomodating and can make it happen. If you are having trouble getting a drug approved they will tell you what you need to have your doctor do. Also if there is a prescription change they are prompt to get that changed and the new prescription to you either the next day or within a few days. They also provide testing for Covid, Flu, RSV..... and vaccinations.”
