“Always top-notch customer service in their pharmacy -- I don't know why the stars are so low for this location. I just spoke with their pharmacist Jeff, who was incredibly helpful, yet no matter who I speak with, they seem to go out of their way to be helpful. Keep up the great work!”
“Definitely had to drop in and say the hype is true Tia has always been great as a manager I followed her from memorial location to her she has a lot of work ahead of her but I know she will turn it around and make this a prime location as well can wait to she what she’s does I hope she gets rid of the original staff that’s here and I will love to come this store when she’s not here as well but when you come when she’s working you get greeted treated with respect and care it’s clean and smells great when she’s not there that staff don’t clean tables are nasty machine always down bathrooms not clean just to say how bad the staff is without her we loves that she is back in action put this location massive turn around coming”

“Don't go to Walgreens often BUT I got some photos developed and decided to walk around. It was week before Christmas busy upon entry yet the staff were all kind, friendly and being very positive and joyous with each other and the patrons. Smiles everywhere. It was so REFRESHING!! Alana and Kyle both helped us and we're both breaths of fresh air and sunshine. And my daughter said Kyle was the nicest man she'd meet all month! When the holidays can let out your scrooge side and we all know people take it out on employees, this team didn't let it effect their day! It was a wonderful start to the day :)”

“Very friendly employees and superior customer service!! Customer service from Shane is always great, he’s one of the better employees at the Lakeside Sheetz.Last visit I came in with a buddy of mine. We got some MTO burgers. They were absolutely delicious. The fried pickles were great too.My buddy is a big guy. He’s more than 6 ft tall, he used to play college football. Currently, he has a injury. He’s on crutches. He accidentally knocked over some stuff when he was trying to bend over to pick up something he dropped. Before I could get over there, a employee, Johnathan Lopez, (I believe Johnathan is actually a manager) immediately came over and picked up the stuff. He put the stuff back and handed my buddy the thing he dropped and told him “I don’t want you trying to bend over with your leg like that” he also wished my buddy a speedy recovery. That’s the superior customer service I’m talking about!”

“This is a hidden gym and should be a welcome detour when you are on the Parkway. The chicken was amazing, and overhead other folks talking how good the pizza was. You won’t be disappointed.”
