“I actually had a great experience renting from Noonkester! We were shown the apartment, told all of the details of how to apply and were so happy when we were accepted! The day we moved in everything was working and in good condition (these are old apartments you have to remember that). I loved how each apartment was unique.Any maintenance problems were solved within a day or 2, and McKinley even came and unlocked my door on his off day because I was locked out. Communication was great with my calls and texts always being answered. We've since gotten our security deposit back with a few deductions that were bound to happen.A great experience and I'd recommend! The only downside is having to pay with checks but it doesn't take much to get a checkbook”

This area like many places in the east have faced challenges in this new lease time. In these challenges there has been support in the form of management here and support services community Ex.Weather and lots of it recently has been met with updates and solutions. It’s a step by step process but this support mentioned gets us to a long lasting solution not a temporary fix. National Weather Service office and radar, media did a job. We are all fortunate. Resident issue caused by this we dealt with promptly. Thank again.”
