“Sending our youngest to college was tough navigating through the things he needed. As a Transfer student he really wanted off campus so we got in touch with Highland Village to which came recommended by two persons that had been previous college students that were friends of mine. Heather was wonderful, my son had completed the application but there were no vacancies. We stopped by during Quest to put a face with the name, reaching out to continue to look for any possible vacancy. At the time there were known, yet as soon as one came available Heather called and my son is super excited to have an apartment so close to campus. We are thankful, greatful and blessed.”
“Great communication! Brenda at the front desk is truly awesome and kept me well-informed throughout the whole application process. She even went out of her way to get in touch with my current landlord, who wasn’t being the most cooperative, for a reference. I did not actually end up renting through them just because something more affordable came available. But from what I can tell, Gilbert Real Estate is very efficient and well-intentioned in helping people secure housing. I would work with them again in the future.”
“You don’t want to live here. Someone stole a letter meant to go into out going mail and it was made out for credit card payment but got deposited in Ridgewood Place Family bank account it’s been 7 months still haven’t got my money back.”

They’re quick with maintenance requests, great with communication, and have a team of really awesome people. They also have various raffles, food trucks, and freebies frequently just because (coffee, desserts, and breakfast). They’re just all around a company made of great people who love their tenants.”
“I really enjoy living here! The apartments are really spacious and it's nice having 2 bathrooms as well. To be so close to the University, it's generally pretty quiet. Management has always been so helpful and quick to respond. Caleb with maintenance is prompt and professional. I'm so glad I found this place after a previous bad rental experience. Price point is right too compared to other rentals in this area. It is within walking distance to RU and the neighborhood feels safe enough to walk my dog at night. I hope to renew my lease next year!”

“My roommates and I have lived here for the past two years and it has been a pleasurable experience. Maintenance came within 24 hours of requesting assistance and everyone working at the office is super nice and helpful. The apartment itself has a lot of space and is a great place to call home. The location is close to campus which was really convenient. We all felt safe living here as there are cameras in the hallway and the doors lock at night. I definitely recommend renting here!!”
