“The best extended stay in Blacksburg, VA. By far. I cannot say enough good things about Main and Henry and the owner, Melissa. Everything from our initial interaction, evaluation of the options and availability, and ultimately landing on a month-to-month plan for my rental was flawless. Melissa is responsive and was quick to answer any questions that I had. The apartment is immaculate and in great condition with all dishes, towels, dish soap, washer/dryer, and high speed Internet with Direct TV. What more could you ask for? Thank you, Main and Henry!”
“I have lived at Smith's Landing for almost a year. The office administrative staff and the maintenance service crew are absolutely phenomenal. They are always so kind and responsive. There can't possibly be a better managed apartment complex anywhere in Blacksburg. I really appreciate what the team here does to keep my apartment in tip-top shape, and to ensure I never have a a worry about any admin or maintenance items. The friend who referred me here also had a wonderful time living here. I've had dreadful interactions with other apartment communities in Blacksburg that were poorly maintained and badly managed. Smith's Landing is in a league of it's own - absolutely top notch. I'd recommend Smith's Landing above any other Blacksburg apartment community.”

“In a 2nd year lease things went real smooth in renewal. Documents reviewed with few changes… The same helpful staff at my first signing were here at the second. I appreciated that!
This area like many places in the east have faced challenges in this new lease time. In these challenges there has been support in the form of management here and support services community Ex.Weather and lots of it recently has been met with updates and solutions. It’s a step by step process but this support mentioned gets us to a long lasting solution not a temporary fix. National Weather Service office and radar, media did a job. We are all fortunate. Resident issue caused by this we dealt with promptly. Thank again.”

“The best apartment complex in Blacksburg by far. The management and maintenance personnel are very nice, helpful and quick to respond to requests. I stayed here for 6 years and wouldn’t leave if I wasn’t leaving Blacksburg at the time. It’s been 2 years since I left, but still wanted to leave my good review :)”
