“The best extended stay in Blacksburg, VA. By far. I cannot say enough good things about Main and Henry and the owner, Melissa. Everything from our initial interaction, evaluation of the options and availability, and ultimately landing on a month-to-month plan for my rental was flawless. Melissa is responsive and was quick to answer any questions that I had. The apartment is immaculate and in great condition with all dishes, towels, dish soap, washer/dryer, and high speed Internet with Direct TV. What more could you ask for? Thank you, Main and Henry!”
“I have lived at Smith's Landing for almost a year. The office administrative staff and the maintenance service crew are absolutely phenomenal. They are always so kind and responsive. There can't possibly be a better managed apartment complex anywhere in Blacksburg. I really appreciate what the team here does to keep my apartment in tip-top shape, and to ensure I never have a a worry about any admin or maintenance items. The friend who referred me here also had a wonderful time living here. I've had dreadful interactions with other apartment communities in Blacksburg that were poorly maintained and badly managed. Smith's Landing is in a league of it's own - absolutely top notch. I'd recommend Smith's Landing above any other Blacksburg apartment community.”
“Nothing but great experiences! For an older apartment building, it is very well maintained and has a lot of character that you don’t always get with newer complexes. The grounds and common areas are kept up nicely, and the apartments themselves are comfortable and spacious.
The staff have always been friendly and responsive, and maintenance concerns are handled quickly. The location is also extremely convenient while still feeling quiet and residential. Windsor Hills is a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.”

“The best apartment complex in Blacksburg by far. The management and maintenance personnel are very nice, helpful and quick to respond to requests. I stayed here for 6 years and wouldn’t leave if I wasn’t leaving Blacksburg at the time. It’s been 2 years since I left, but still wanted to leave my good review :)”
