“We have been going to both locations for years. The variety of Virginia Tech merchandise is amazing, and new stuff comes in all the time. They even have Corps of Cadet gear! The prices are reasonable, and the people are nice. Once when I ordered something around Christmastime, they called me to tell me that the package would be one day late. Who does that!? A customer-focused business, that's who!”
“310 is the only clothing store in Blacksburg that I like. I recently bought the leather spanx leggings that I'd wanted for soooo long. They cost $98 but they are sooooo cute, so I bought them during the 20% off midterms sale for university students. Once I got home and already ripped off the tags, I saw that there was a hole on my butt!! I called the store and the girl told me to come in the next day when the manager was there. The Manager took one look at them with my receipt and tags and immediately went to grab another pair for me. They didn't have them but said they'd ship them in from the Roanoke store. Got them a few day later and love them so much so thank you 310!!!”
