In the 4 decades since, I have always found the selection offered there to be vibrant, tastefully artistic, and of consistently high quality. I still have shoes and other items I have purchased there many years ago, and everything's still good as new. There is an uplifting and positive vibe to the merchandise curated by Jane, the owner/buyer. This is further reflected in the kindness and courtesy of the management and staff. “Talbots has been my go-to place for almost all of my clothes for the last 30+ years. I like their classy, traditional styles that do not go out of fashion. The quality is superior and their constant sales make it easy to buy good clothes at fair prices. Let’s face it…women like to hang on to a few different sizes as our weight fluctuates from one season to the next so we might as well hang on to fine garments that seldom go out of style. I just ordered a new outfit with 40% off one item and 25% off the rest of my order. You cannot best that!”
“Such a cute boutique! The girls working here are genuinely the sweetest. I had the nicest conversation with the girl checking me out, and it honestly made my day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They also have a great selection of clothes, gifts, and pretty much anything you could be looking for. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop around campus!”
