I had an appointemnt to go over new cell plans. The person I spoke with could not have cared less about helping me. She did not inform me of my options and when I asked a specific question about the plan she had switched me to, she told me to call 611 and ask. I have no clue what my current plan entails nor if it is better than the old one. Looking into new carriers.

Website, Verizon app, and Google all say open until 9pm on Sunday. Show up at the store 7:30pm to locked doors and a sticker that says otherwise. Fix your shit
