“I cannot recommend this place enough. The first time I brought my vehicle to their shop, we thought it was going to need a lot of work due to the codes it was giving us. However, once Payne's had it, they found the same codes we were getting but found the actual problem was an o-ring. The o-ring was way, way cheaper than it would have been to address all the codes. The o-ring replacement stopped all the codes and issues. They absolutely could have said the codes were accurate and charged us accordingly to fix them all. Instead, they continuously choose honesty, integrity, and kindness. I will always bring my vehicles to Payne's Automotive, it's actually there right now for a tune-up. They make every repair virtually Payne-less ?”
“Everyone knows owning a ford truck sometimes can be expensive to fix. After trying to do coil packs and plugs, I had three that just wouldn't come out. The pricing they told me was absolutely perfect and they fixed everything in a timely manor. After repairs my battery went dead and was a 2019 battery and they replaced for only the cost of the battery. I will recommend everyone I come across that can't fix things theirs elf to go here. “The location is very convenient and the service quick once you get in. I have been getting my oil changed at this location for several years now and I have no complaints at all. Oil changes range from 5-15 minutes at the most and you don't have to leave your vehicle, just sit there. Fantastic!!”

“Dalton's Towing helped pull my daughter out of the ditch after a rain storm near Burkeville on 460. I was three hours away. I could not make it there. They came promptly and pulled her out. They inspected the car for damage and she was able to drive off. They did not charge us or would not take anything. I was amazed. There are still good people out there and they are it. God Bless them. I am forever thankful.”
