“I had to go to the local Military base for an updated ID card. Turns out the car was past due on an inspection, and I didn't know. I couldn't get on the base. I wasn't open to driving home (1.5 hours away) to get the car inspected. A local gas station attendant told me where the shops were that could do an inspection.
I drove up, they were open and I walked in. I asked if they could do the inspection on short notice and the reason why. They got me in, got me handled and back out on my way as soon as they could. I am grateful for the quick service and their pleasant nature!”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. The first time I brought my vehicle to their shop, we thought it was going to need a lot of work due to the codes it was giving us. However, once Payne's had it, they found the same codes we were getting but found the actual problem was an o-ring. The o-ring was way, way cheaper than it would have been to address all the codes. The o-ring replacement stopped all the codes and issues. They absolutely could have said the codes were accurate and charged us accordingly to fix them all. Instead, they continuously choose honesty, integrity, and kindness. I will always bring my vehicles to Payne's Automotive, it's actually there right now for a tune-up. They make every repair virtually Payne-less ?”

“First of all. They do state inspections!
They are a block away from our store so I use them for all my car repair needs. They've always been good to me, and get everything done the same day since I go to work around the same time they do. I haven't had any major work done but also haven't had any issues with the car after they worked on it so that's a huge plus.
They know what they are doing. I've had a headlight bulb, many oil changes, windshield wiper motor, broken window motor, inspections, had a screw in my tire once they patched for next to nothing. They are 100% legit. Just call ahead to make sure they have a spot for you if you need it done same day.
Highly recommended.”
