“Hometown Service Center took excellent care in making sure my Equinox was riding smoothly. The other day I brought it down to have them look at the battery icon on my dashboard (Me thinking that it was the alternator), they ended up telling me that the serpentine belt was gone and that I needed a replacement belt and tensioner (They even showed me what happened to further explain which was helpful). To top it off, they had the replacement in and done within an hour. After having two trailer tire blowouts overnight on 81, we were out of spares. We pulled into the tire center in the morming with no appt and hoping they would be able to fit us in the next few days while in the area. Within an hour, we had two new tires, balanced, new stems on both wheels. Everyone we dealt with was kind and gracious, nice to our kids and made us feel welcome. We could NOT have asked for better service. Thank you.”
