“I am handicapped and slammed my face in a bad fall Christmas Eve. I asked the service writer if he would walk me in to the waiting area. He was so nice and when they finished with my car he took my debit card and went to the service window and brought me back the papers to sign and walked me back to my car. I told him he did not want me to fall there and he agreed. The mechanic that worked on my car was also very nice.”

“While on an out of state trip, my car broke down and I had it towed to Cole Honda. It was late in the day but they promised to get to it first thing in the morning. By 10:00 the next morning, I had the diagnosis. Luckily it was a fairly minor problem and they had it fixed and ready to go before noon. The charge for their work was reasonable and the service advisors were very personable. They knew I needed to be on my way and I really appreciated their quick service to get me back on the road”

“I cannot begin to recommend Steve enough. My grandfather was 6+ hours from home in his semi when his fan blew through his radiator. Steve took the time out of his evening to drive to Princeton Lowe’s and spend hours saudering a radiator upside down in the heat. Then was generous enough to call it a gift and say happy 70th birthday.When he left my grandfather was in tears saying God sends angels like him every once in a while when you need it the most. Steve we can’t that you enough! Hope you get some good karma sent your way. And your wife enjoys the dinner!”

They got me in super quickly, fixed the issue causing my oil leak, and even topped off my windshield washer fluid that I had been lazy about taking care of. They picked it up from a small work garage with no issues and had it fixed the next day.
