“Hometown Service Center took excellent care in making sure my Equinox was riding smoothly. The other day I brought it down to have them look at the battery icon on my dashboard (Me thinking that it was the alternator), they ended up telling me that the serpentine belt was gone and that I needed a replacement belt and tensioner (They even showed me what happened to further explain which was helpful). To top it off, they had the replacement in and done within an hour.
