“We were visiting from NY, and these guys were the highlight of our trip up! Respectful, knowledgeable and so kind! They answered all our questions, and had an AMAZING stock of Lego kits! If you or a loved one needs Lego, this is absolutely the best place to go for a fair price even on some older sets! Drop by if you're in the area, even just to look at some of the original Lego boxes they have hanging in the store :)”

“Great rock shop! Huge range of rocks and gems at all price points. Lovely fossils. Very nice and helpful staff. Great place to bring kids. I always look forward to visiting!”
“Been here 34 years, and just discovered this Richmond gem. Mr. Woo is a shining example of humanity, and beyond grateful for him keeping such a shop open in this digital era. Do yourself a favor, and visit this shop; regardless of your degree interest in magic”
“I passed through here with my husband on a road trip to stretch our legs and now I wish we were locals. This is easily the most organized comic shop I’ve been in and I’ve been frequenting comic shops for 15 years. Both employees were very kind, friendly, and helpful. We also looked through their pokemon cards - they have a limited selection of bulk cards and a few individually priced singles. Even with the current hype/cards being in high demand, I was still able to find a few miscellaneous cards to add to my collection. I will absolutely come back if we’re in the area again!”
“Large, well organized game store just outside Richmond. Great selection of Roleplaying Games and and outstanding selection of miniatures from several manufacturers. GW section contains as many models as a Warhammer Store. Good painting/modeling selection as well including comprehensive Citadel, Army Painter and Vallejo offerings. Decent Board game section and unbelievably large and beautiful gaming space including an astounding array of terrain and models.”
“Ed was so cool man! You guys now have a forever customer! Walked away with WAY MORE than anticipated. He didn’t cheat me or low ball me. He was UPFRONT, HONEST, RESPECTFUL, and very pleasant with his communication skills❤ LOVE YA ED ✊🏽”
“Visiting Richmond and decided to check this place out. The workers were so helpful on finding me what I needed. I was looking for a part to take off my wheels. All they had left was a package with multiple tools to take off tires. I said I'll pass, that I only needed one. He walked away and came back with his own tool I was looking for and gave it to me. Can't wait to visit again when I'm back in Richmond. Best hospitality ever!”
“I took the date night class with Kevin as our instructor and it was so much fun, I got to use a lathe for the first time and learned so much. It gave me the confidence to take the Fundamentals of woodworking class, Brian was our instructor. The class was 2 days and we made beautiful tables. They give you options to upgrade your wood selection so it’s nice being able to choose a wood that matches my home furniture. Brian was a really great teacher, his passion for woodworking really makes the class enjoyable. We got to walk out to the floor and choose our rough cut lumber. We used the table saw, miter saw, planer, jointer, router table and drum sander. We used mortise and tenon joinery, something I’ve always wanted to learn how to do. My main goal was to learn how to safely use the saws I have at home and now I feel I can accomplish any project on my own. There were other classmates that had zero experience with woodworking and Brian did a really good job of bringing them up to speed, without it being boring for folks who knew what he was talking about. He takes the time to answer any and all questions through the whole process. Highly recommend Woodcraft for classes and materials, I’m already signed up for a 3rd class!”
“Built a Crust Scapebot last year. Ordered the frame and headset from Crust. Asked to have the headset installed with the frame. Frame and headset delivered as requested. Quick delivery and good communications.”
“So many options for crafts! It's Christmas time and there were lots of Christmas ornaments, and a few Hannuka ones as well! There is self checkout and full service.”
“Love! People are friendly! The store is so organized and clean. Prices are fair along with discounts or sales weekly! Great place to find everything you need for the crafty indoor or outdoor craft projects! Fun for everyone to enjoy!”
“Amazing hobby and game store! The staff are kind, even to an old nerd like me, and have a recommendation for any situation that calls for a game. A wonderful small business to support in the Richmond area.”
“This is my happy place! I love walking around and being inspired. I think I discover something new each time I visit( meanwhile, I'm at visit # 80M ?) and should have stock in the company. Always lifts my spirit when I need a mental lift.”
“Helpful lady on the floor helped me find what I was looking for, wish I remembered her name. I'll probably go out of my way to go here if I need similar items in the future.”
“This was my first time shopping at Michael’s, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer balloons. I was able to snag a great deal on birthday balloons for my mom’s 90th. Shopping online for in-store pickup was super easy—I reserved a date and time, and I even got a text when my order was ready. I’ll definitely be coming back for future events. Highly recommend!”

“Great store, clean and well maintained! First time in one and picked up a starter set and had a few questions that the rep there was able to help with and offer some ideas and such to get started. The only complaint I have is as people have mentioned, the hours. When we went we got there around 2ish, closer to 3pm and the staff there said they close for lunch so we had to go. I dont mind that, you gotta eat and whatever but I do think thats what the problem is, if we'd gotten there 10 minutes later they were closed and I wouldnt know why.
Again, not complaining about the fact employees need to eat, I do too, i just feel if they had an extra staff there to let them swap breaks and keep the store running itd clear up a lot of the confusion people have with the hours, bc I will say it is kinda a pain to know when they're open, the guy there took lunch around 3, but maybe another at 12 before they come in so they open late, maybe they get lunch closer to dinner so they close at 4, its hard to say. If it wasn't for that itd be a 5 star and again, not on the people there, just think they need some more staff, OR post that they close at a certain time for lunch so people don't show up and need to rush or no one is there at all. Will definitely go again, but will try to call and ask when they're on lunch that day so I dont go at the wrong time.”
“Super well organized and clean! Great selection and the staff were very helpful in helping you find what you were looking for and were super knowledgeable. Highly recommend making this your go to comic shop.”
