My doctor sent my paperwork electronically to Labcorp and when I got here the lady at the desk said it wasn't there to call them and tell them to fax them. I did and my doctor office said it showed it was already electronically in for them and the fax went through while I was on the phone with them. This secretary stated no it wasn't. I have been waiting for over 1-1/2hr.

Made an appointment for our 2 1/2 year old and the phlebotomist did a great job with him while we held him and was able to get it drawn on the first try!

Sarah did a wonderful job with my young son (less than a year old) and made his blood draw as pleasant as possible

DO NOT GO HERE! Feels like they are just trying to get you out when they call you. Process feels rushed and after my blood draw I had horrible pain on my arm which felt like nerve pain. Phlebotomist probably struck a nerve.

Andrea is the best! I was very nervous because I have always had issues with people not being able to find my veins. She found it instantly and was very nice. The staff is nice as well. Did not wait long. Had a 9:15 appointment and was seen by 9:30.

I was seen today for routine lab work. The lab tech was outstanding. I barely felt a thing when she drew my blood. All the staff was very friendly. I was impressed with how quickly I was taken back for my procedure. Well done Labcorp

In the past 8 months, I’ve made multiple bi-weekly visits to this facility. From the time I walk in the door, check-in, complete my procedure, it’s always a positive experience. There aren’t any delays, the facility is clean, the staff is professional and very caring of your needs. I never thought I, as needle phobic would say “I enjoy going to Lab Corp and having my blood drawn.” Keep providing excellent service!

Each time I've come here there has been little to no wait. Staff members are friendly and testing is done quickly. Will keep coming back.

Since when this labcorp started to open at 8:30am? This is absurd, this is a blood lab. This is inconvenient for a lot of patients. Pls go back to open at 8am.

I had a good experience with this location for routine bloodwork. Easy check-in process (I made an appointment online and checked in with my phone). Very clean office and fairly short wait (under 15 minutes) at 2:45 pm on a Tuesday. They were kind to my pre-schooler who I had to bring along with me for my appointment. My recommendation is to park on the side of the building facing Midlothian Turnpike, as this entrance is the one the office is located near.

Had to get IV blood drawn on our 23 day old baby and the people at this location did a wonderful job bringing patient with us and our baby. We were nervous to get this done as we heard how stressful it can be but they drew the blood seamlessly

Walked in with no appointment mid afternoon. Easy check in and very friendly staff. In and out in 15 min.
